Transferring your Photos and 35mm Slides to DVD or other Media

Photo and slide montage DVDs make wonderful gifts for everyone! Preserve your precious photos and slides. Photo/slide montage videos are great for special occasions such as Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitvahs, Wedding Videos, Anniversaries, Birthdays. We add appropriate music, animations, special effects, and titles when creating your montage project.

Converting your photos and slides to DVD offers you a simple way to protect these priceless moments. The best part? Instead of being locked into some album, family photos are now available to all family members. Everyone can now have copies of those priceless family moments!

The Best Slide Transfer Process to DVD, CD Or Other Options

Slide transfer to DVD is the best way to enjoy those family slides. And they look better on video than on a white projection screen. We handle each slide individually, color correct, restore and adjust brightness if necessary. Slides really come out vibrant and beautiful. What makes us the best is our expertise and our process.

Archiving to .jpeg, .tiff, .bmp files on DVD or CD. Each photo OR slide would be in its own seperate file on your dvd or cd OR by groups in folders. You can then sort through them yourself and print, e-mail to friends and family, post on your website, etc. This process would not have special effects or music added. It is for archiving only... saving memories to share with family and friends.

THREE EASY STEPS to preparing for your Photo Montage and Slide Transfer to DVD

  1. SELECT OK..... which photos or slides to choose and which to lose. We suggest you make a "KEEP" pile and a "NO" pile, putting all the photos that you may want to use in the "KEEP" pile and all the rest in the "NO" pile.

  2. SORT Gather all of your "KEEP" photos/slides together. We suggest you put them in chronological order. Start with the early photos/slides and work your way forward to the present day. You may have some photos or groups of photos that will work better in their own little chronological sequences; such as, job/business photos, house photos, wedding, children, vacations, grandchildren, retirement, etc.

  3. NUMBER Number your photos on the back with either a pencil or stickers (post-it notes work well). For slides: you can keep them in the carousel (numbered) or give to us loose, but please make sure they are numbered. DO NOT USE a pen as the ink may rub off onto the other photos. This is also the time to start thinking about music and titles. You'll at least want a greeting at the beginning and some closing statement at the end of your video. For example, if you are making an anniversary video, you could simply put "Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad" at the beginning and "With Love, From All Of Us" at the end. Or, if you wish, you can be more personal and creative in your titles.
